Service Description

Our consultants work with teams on their mental approach to their specific sport. Much like the individual sessions, the work with teams is focused on what members of the team need and how they would like to develop their winning mindset. Our approach uses the five pillars as the foundation for these team sessions. Our five main pillars focus on athletes getting to know themselves and how they think under pressure, goal setting, building a strong mind, and health and wellness. These team sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual and team. Our goal is to help our clients understand how they think by using metacognitive skills. We offer strategies on developing resilience, managing expectations, learning from failure, and managing their emotions in competitive situations.
