Service Description

Our individual sessions are geared toward players who are looking for a competitive edge by developing a strong mindset. Our program has five main pillars that focus on athletes getting to know themselves, how they think under pressure, goal setting, building a strong mind, and health and wellness. These individual sessions are individualized based on the needs of the individual. Our goal is to help our clients understand how they think by using metacognitive skills. We offer strategies on developing resilience, managing expectations, learning from failure, and managing their emotions in competitive situations. We can meet online or in person, and we will meet the needs of the individual in our meetings. Weekly, bi-monthly, monthly meetings are typical and scheduled through the consultant.
